Default Importing Mesh from IDEASto GAMBIT OR FLUENT

Respeted members,

can anyone give any idea to me to import ideas mesh to gambit. i had tried using IDEAS UNIVERSIAL file option.i found error in gambit that " zero errors zero elements". what precaution i have to take in IDEAS.
