Default Write Particle History

I have modelled an unbaffled stirred tank reactor with a discrete phase. I used the "Write - Particle History" command so that I could have a record of the position and velocities of the particles, and FLUENT has produced a .phs file as a result. However, how do I use the .phs file? I can't find anything in the manual about reading / plotting / manipulating this kind of file.

Any help much appreciated.
