CAVITATION "low Y+ in cavity region"

Default CAVITATION "low Y+ in cavity region"

I want to model cavitation shedding arround a simple hydrofoil. But in the cavity region the value of Y+ become very low (O(1)). Dose this affect on the shedding frequency?
