Hi,
I'm trying renew the license on my machine. the license has lapsed since 2002 but i have recieved the new license. however whne i try to run fluent i get the following error message 'feature removed during lmreread, or wrong sever line hostid.' The software and sever are on the same pc - a normal desktop pc. The computer used to be connected to the internet but is not now. I recieved a registry fix for another computer a while back so that i could use the software without being connected to the internet. I assume this same fix will work for every computer??? I have followed the fluent instrutions without sucess, can anyone tell me where I'm going wrong??? Regards, Eric |

Hi!
Do you have the right server settings in your licence file? Check your old licence file and a new one. Sometimes there are 4 lines that define server settings and have to be replaced (must be the same as in your old licence). Hope this helps MATEUS |
