Default help on separating zone

hi everyone,

When I separated fluid zone with Grid---> Separate-->Cell--> Adaption-->Region---> Mark---> I got the information which is Separates zone 2 into two zones, with 12499 and 1 cells. Zone not separated. I don't compleately understand what this means. Does that mean that I failed to separate zone? Why it said zone 2 into two zones, with 12499 and 1 cells? Can I see the new zone in the Grid Display?

Thanks for your highlighting.
