Default Cross-Shaped Mixing

I have been trying to get the solution of the cross shaped mixing problem. but there is a problem.. Each side of the inlets is the ethyl-alcohol and the upper side of the inlet is the water. And upper inlet is larger then each side of inlets. After mixing together, the mixiing liquid goes through the bottom outflow. Those liquids are mixed completely, but the mixing liquid is going back to the condition of the water in the outflow . I guess that it seems to be the resulf of the wrong the phase selection. Please tell me the reason and help me to find the good result.

P.S: I use 3D segregated mixture model and Laminar flow
