Default DPM setting of Time Scale Constant

Hi.

The Time Scale Constant or the C_L is default 0.15 for the K-e turbulence model.

If one sets this to 0.015, the particle pattern is much less turbulent. The manual says that this constant is not well known, but the solution is very sensitive to the parameter. Does anyone know how to choose this value, or know of any references. And what do You do. Just use the default value or???
