Default How to get porous coefs from Idelchick coefs?

I have Idelchick's book Handbook of hydraulic resistance 3rd edition. In it, for several porous regions I can get a loss coeficient zeta. However, in the fluent manual, I see two ways of getting the C2 coefficient, and in one equation it has a KL loss coefficient, and in the other just a C coeffient. Is zeta the same as KL or C or does it have to be adapted somehow? I would appreciate any input on how to use the zeta coefficient to get the C2 inertia coefficient i need to input in fluent. Thanks in advance.
