Hello,

to compare a number of test cases, I need to know the time a calculation has taken. I let the computer run a (steady) simulation over night and in the morning it is converged. Fluent does show the number of iterations, but not the total calculation time. How can I do this and is it possible to write the time for every time step.

yes... there r so many ways... if u save the data automatically and display any result u will have the time specified under the plot. Also u can calculate by hand... time steps*step size....... will give u total time in secs

Yes, I also concluded that the automatic save option is the best way. Thanks for the advice.
