Hi, I'm study of y channel and my problem is how to catch the average velocity at inlet and outlet.

I'm trying to catch the velocity, but that can't be easy

so help me how to catch the average velocity at inlet & outlet.

Try

Reports>Surface Integrals

Select Facet Average and then either your inlet or outlet and then compute.
