Hi folks,using pressure swirl atomizer in research system(spray dryer), but I have not evaporation in droplets. Also replace this atomizer with air blast atomizer,but in this model have not evaporation too .All using equation is right(inlet air temperature is 154 and water temperature falling from atomizer is 18 degree centigrade).What is problem in my system?

Do you have the customs lwas activated?(in the injection panel). I the custom lwas you have to select inert heating, vaporization and boiling... i think, Best Regards, Diego
