Default meshing difficulties in gambit

I am using gambit as a preprocessor for generating the model(gas turbine combustor) and for meshing. My geometry has many no. of holes like cooling ring holes(diameter vary from 2 to 2.25), dome holes (1mm diameter, no. of holes 790), flare holes (1mm diameter, no. of holes 678). I have created the model with above said holes. Now i am getting problem in meshing, particularly meshing those volumes with holes. Thanks in advance.

I also have problems like you. My gas turbine combustor consists of a section of the annulus. My boundary meshes are good, no skewness >0.98. But when I mesh the volume I get the error that the volume cannot be meshed due to high skewness. I have posted on here before. I have asked if anyone knew how to see which faces or edges may be skewed, since my combustor which was imported from UG as a parasolid consists of over 1000 faces and many more edges, but everyone said to check the faces. It would be much easier if Gambit would tell me what faces were skewed for volume mesh to be successful, but I beleibve it is a matter of trial and error and hoping you have refines the right edge, which for me would take a very long time.
