boundary condition

I am trying to model a case of centrifugal pump. I have rate of flow and pressure intlet. What bounday types should I use? Can I have a velocity inlet(-) Or should I use a pressure inlet and outlet in this case? Any advise?

Hi Amir,

With regard to ur problem, I guess that u have some experimental results and ur comparing the same numerically, it always adviced that u model the problem as realistic to that of the Experiment,so that u can ease u comparison.

hi Amir,

Then I think u must have a check on the Turbulence model(s),and try various models to set a bench mark for ur problem, if u use 1, also check the dimensions of the Grid while reading into Fluent. I think this should help.
