Default Hex Core Mesh

I created a mesh in Gambit using the Hex core mesh option in the tet menu. The mesh opens in Fluent, but when I check the mesh I get a line of warnings stating Missing id, child "either 3 or 2" on face "number" (t22)

Can someone explain how this can be fixed? Due to this I cannot partition my mesh. It gives me access violation to save case and data and contact my Fluent distributor. However I can run the case on my single processor and it runs correctly. Can hex core meshes be partitioned?
