Hi Is there any link (or relation) between fluent and matlab ? is it possible to optimize a problem by this two? How can I earn more information about this ? thank you

Well Fluent have a facility to give User Defien Function and Matlab is having facility to alloe C++ library in it that is the only similarity they have. i am afraid you have to use C only to give UDF in fluent. Good Luck
