duaiduaihu is on a distinguished road
I am doing the water-oil two -phase flow in inclined pipe, The oil is the main phase, the water exits at the lower part of the pipe as the residual water at the begining. the inlet is oil.I want to know the motion of the residual water.

Now I am using the VOF model to solve the problem. but I could not get the result which coincides with the experiment. I could only get the stratified flow, while I could not get the wavy flow.
In th experiment, some droplets are entrained into the oil, I could not get the dispersed flow by fluent either.

can anyone help out? is the Eulerian model better,But I do not know How to define the diameter of the droplets ,OR any other suggestions?
Thanks!Best Regards!
