URGENT!!!!
Hello,
Can someone tell me where to define the thrust and torque coefficient for a propeller in FLUENT. thanks |
Re: URGENT!!!!
Hi; I think the trust coeff. is obtained during the calculations. You only can set the propeller rotational speed for an input. After getting a converged solution you can get some reports by defining a "custom field function". ROOZBEH

Re: URGENT!!!!
The problem I need a force T (thrust) to calculate the thrust coefficient. And Fluent doesn't give any value of the force.

Re: URGENT!!!!
If what you need is a matter of post-processing your results, then I think you can use Report > Forces or Report > surface integrals...
