rake loop with UDF

Hi,
I try to export data from rakes at different heights in a fluidized bed. My first approach was a journal file to write the data to several files after every 10th time step. But then I run into big problems, because I have about 17 rakes and even with an increased heap size, FLUENT ran out of heap memory after 1000-1500 time steps. Does anyone know, how I can run a loop in an UDF, to get all the values from a rake with 50 points/nodes? The usual loop would be c_node_loop(c, t, n), but a rake doesn't have cells (c) and doesn't belong to a thread (t), right? So how could I do this? I also thought about accessing the rake data through a Scheme command in the UDF, but I'm not sure how to do that. Any help would be highly appreciated! Sebastian |
