rigid body motion

Someone can tell me how to use boundary profile for a rigid body motion. I have a train that runs in a gallery, I'm italian boy. I must study pressure and velocity of the fluid (air) inside the gallery. So I need moving the train with a boundary profile; I select x-velociy or grid-x-velocity but my train doesn't move in the mesh motion preview and I don't know what is wrong. I have selected all external surface (named esternotreno) of the train, I have selected x-velocity or grid-x-velocity like profile type, I have typed the velocity, then I have created the dynamic zones (rigid body motion) treno (walls of treno) with esternotreno profile. What's wrong? Please, please help me.

Then I don' understand, if wall an interface cannot move normal to itseves, what kind of boundary can do this.Infact, I don't which boundary associate to the frontal and the back surface of the train for a correct motion.

Thanks

Re: rigid body motion

Are you solving simple dynamic mesh or in-cylinder flow dynamic mesh?

I'm solving a simple dynamic mesh problem.

Re: rigid body motion

I guess ur problem is same like a elevator problem, but only in horizontal direction instead of vertical one. Am I right? Do reply.
