In FLUENT you can define an animation in the Solve->Define->Animation menu.
The process is well illustrated in the FLUENT manual. Hi ap |

Hi, We can create movies easily in fluent. First you go to solve------> execute commands. In that command list you activate two or three according to your conveniece.
Then you type commands like this 1.dsplay contours filled-contours? yes 2.display contour temperature contour 3.display hard-copy temp%i.tiff (Dont type 1,2 and 3) Befor typing these commands in execute commands, you go to file -- hardcopy. And there you select tiff, and you give resolution size. (normally 1000 * 800). And you save that tiff file in any folder. After doing all these things you you run the case, it will save all the files in the same folder in which you save the previous tiff file. After saving all tiff files, you can attach all the files and you can make movie with softwares available in the net. Definitely it will work, because I am making movies for my problem. Be careful on typing commands and saving tiff file in the folder. For this movie you have to run your case again. Try for it, Definitely It will work, if not, contact me through mail Bye Venu Gopal |
