Error message while iterating
 

Hi everyone,

In the first few iterations I get the following error message:

Error: divergence detected in AMG solver: pressure correction Error Object: ()

I run an axi-symmetric model of pipe with an orifice plate and use k-omega turbulence model.

I've checked that I don't have any negetive volumes, if anyone know what seems to be the problem I'll be thankful to him.

BTW: Running the problem on laminar viscous model before k-omega is not an option due to insufficient model size for the development of separation bubble.

Symmetry axis must be x , if not there's an error.

Try lower under-relaxation factor for pressure.

check on mutligrid options may be u can lower the underelaxation factor for pressure as suggested by some but I am sure that will not help to an extent. may be u can try to check inintal boundary conditions and reduce the number of cells by making it coarser. bye

Try going to Solve --> controls and change Max. Coarse Levels to 0. Solve a few iterations and then restore the default (20).
