Multiphase and species Models

Greetings,

I would like to know if it is possible to use a species model and multiphase model simultaneously. If this is possible, please let me know how this is done. Your time and efforts are appreciated.

Sincerely,

Chico

Re: Multiphase and species Models

Dear Chico, If you want to use species model and multiphase model, you should learn UDF model and scholar function.

Perhaps in ver6.2, we can use species model and multiphase model simultaneously without UDF.

Dear tamo2,

Can you please tell me in detail how we can use species model and multiphase model(Eulerian) simultaneouly? Also what is scholar function? In India, ver 6.2 is not yet released. Whether in Japan is it released?

Thanks in advance,

Regards Karthick

Dear Karthick,

Ver.6.2 will be released 2004 end, or 2005 top.

And explanation of multiphase flow on ver. 6.2 in my resume,

(1) species and chemical reaction in multiphase flow, (1-1) Adaption with all multiphase model, (1-2) Ability of transport species between defferent multiphases.
