heat trasfer coeff.....

Default heat trasfer coeff.....

I have heat trasfer coefficient values and the co-ordinates at which these values exist. now i want to give these to fluent as a boundary condition. please tell me how to give this as a function to fluent or by some other method to fluent. if as a function then how to write h as a function of x,y,z .
