VOF simulation
 

Hi, All:

I am simulating water-air interface of a jet flow using VOF model. Does any one have experience in establishing the solution strategy.

Hi MHW ,

I am using Fluent(VOF model ) for modelling laser surface alloying to track the interface between the 2 phases ....and I can not PATCH the domain to assign each phase ...do you have expaerience with VOF model ??

Prof .A.Nguyen and G.Evans from U .of Newcastle have done a paper "Computational fluid dynamics modelling of gas jets. usinf VOF model and FLUENT cfd . I think that this papers will be of help for what you are modelling .you can see the paper at
