Does anyone know why my model converges for about 125 iterations and then begins to diverge quickly? I am modeling the heating of a small spot via a laser with forced convection over the spot...I'm also modeling species transport...it seems the velocity is what diverges first...

try lowering your residulas to the values recommended in the User Guide. Also try starting with 1st order schemes
