diffusion coefficient

Default diffusion coefficient

I'm trying to model species transport in:

------------------------------- porous zone ------------------------------- lumen U-> --------------------------------

But I would like to set a different diffusion coefficient in the lumen and the porous zone. How can I do that ? Do I have to create a user defined function ? Please help !
