Default Mass transfer from surface

I have a simple questin, perhaps. I am blowing air over a surface. I know the moisture content of the surface and the air. How can I predict the mass transferprofile? Is the scalr tranport needed. Being new to fluent, how to implement it- supposing I know the Lewis number etc.
