Default about Reynold stress in Momentun eqn.

I have a big problem about UDF. My project will develope Turbulence Model. I will change Ensemble-averaging Momentun equation. I will change "Reynold stress" (-u^'_i u^'_j) by UDF. i need sugest about How to Define or change it. And What "Reynold stress" define in UDF variable name ???
