Default Error in postprocessor steady state convergen

Can anyone please help me in resolving the following error which occurs when I try to run steady state problem for a viscoelastic material. Simulation aborts by giving error:

Solver : F.E.M. Task 1

Warning in STRES2

Out of mesh by a wall in element 200 at point

x = 0.2128687E+00 , y = 0.1052931E-07

Out of mesh by a wall. STOP

Warning in matr80

evaluation of the stresses has failed. Stop

Warning in TRFREL

ERROR in elimination of node 1

Iteration computation aborted

Global divergence has occured. Diverg = 0.2000000E+04
