about Airpak modeling[Help me]

I am modelling a simple case(unit cooler in freezing room).

it's very simple model.

there's only room and internal fan and block(heat power setting minus xxx W/m2)

but there no similar output.

Is there anybody can tell me how do I modeling a unit cooler?

teacher says to me it's enough to room and opening. but I want consider about volume of unit cooler in room

please help me!
