how about Hypermesh software

Hi all,

Anybody can help me out how good is hypermesh software for meshing complex geometries like Gas turbine blades and compressors.

In Gambit near the most complex zones iam getting more skewness, when i try to reduce it my mesh size is becoming huge (nearing 40 lakh nodes - which causes my fluent to take more than 1/2 hour for single iteration. thats why i want to check whether Hypermesh will help me out of this problem, or shall i swith to CFX and Bladegen which is mostly (as far as i know) used for turbomachinery analysis.

hi!

as far your problem is concerned,you can use hypermesh for structured grid and import to fluent,if you have time,then go to CFX software. bye

In cad field so many softwares are there.In those which software is the best one and how about its future work development?

IT depends on particular need. moreover if have epereince of any software then u can easily switchover to any other software
