which one well be more sufficient for running fluent:

1- Toshiba Tecra A2 Intel centrino M1.7Ghz with 512 MB DDR RAM.

2- Toshiba Tecra M2 Intel centrino M1.7Ghz with 512 MB DDR RAM.

3- DELL Intel centrino M1.7Ghz with 512 MB DDR RAM.
