hello all, I have problem with substracting two volumes in gambit.. I'm trying to substract an egg like volume from a cube.. however when I choose to substract it deletes the egg like volume and nothing changes in the cubic volume.. neither it gives any error.. can anyone tell why this happens?

If volume subtraction is giving you problems, try using splitting the volume with the other volume and then delete what you don't need.

It can neither split with volume or face.. it gives an error like that "inconsistent free-body relationships"

Try slitting the cube volume along the centre plane of the egg-like volume before subtracting the volumes. This may help and you can unite/merge the resulting volumes later.
