Looking for the right mesh
 

Hi everyone, I am trying to simulate a bearing, but I´m not sure if my meshing is correct or not. Somebody told me that you can find meshing advices in Gambit Manual, but I haven´t been able to find that chapter. Can anyone tell me where I can find documentation about which meshing-element is best for each geometry shape, turbulence model,...? Thanks a lot.
