What is the best way (if there is a way) to constantly increase the size of your mesh or make it appear that that is occuring. For example, starting with one row of 10 cells. Then adding another row on top of the 10 cells making it a 2 X 10 domain. Then adding more rows (3 x 10, 4 x 10 and so on). With these rows added with respect to time.
