A question about freezing of supercooled water.
 

Can I use Fluent to simulate the freezing of supercooled water in a cylinder?

The velocity of water is about 1m/s, diameter of copper tube is 14mm. Water becomes to be supercooled in the tube, I want to simulate the freezing process of flowing supercooled water, Can I use Fluent to do that?
