Hi,all, who know how to specify the value of viscous resistance and inertial resistance in weld pool when you simulate mushy region fluid flow ,pls help me.i need good idea and reference articles. thank you in advance.

you can modify the viscosity or add a momentum resistence to the momentum equation. I prefer the second option. you can find details in following papers.
