hi ! im trying to simulate flow over a transonic axial flow fan rotor.i used the geometry to create the profile from FLUENT/GAMBIT tutorials.can anyone suggest for the inlet and outlet boundary conditions.im using moving reference frame for the fluid.i know the pressure ratio which is 1.63 but not sure how to set it in fluent.im confused with 'operating pressure','guage pressure','supersonic/guage pressure'..wat to set where??? i have ...pressure inlet, pressure outlet, casing, hub, suction, pressure, periodic. can some one help me with this. everytime i somehow started iterations i was geting reverse flow. and also can someone suggest a source of standard data for my case so that i can compare my results with it. reply needed ASAP thanx
