If you are a licensed Fluent User then you can get hold of the manual at fluentusers.com

I am running it at university as well. I emailed Fluent and asked the for an account and they happily supplied me with one.

Also, here, they run fluent on a UNIX server. If you can get access to the locations where the Fluent files are installed there is usually the documentation stored somewhere.
