static mixer volume meshing

Default static mixer volume meshing

i had drawn a single volume kenics static mixer in gambit .. i have already meshed all the face manually however, when i try meshing the volume, it just fail .. any suggestion on it ? thanks ..

the error message says that it is unable to mesh due to some big gap in the small egde.... but i have already checked the meshing for every face and every face .. and i can't see any problems with it .. thanks

yea i have made the model of the 6 elements static mixer in gambit... now is the process of meshing .. but i just couldn't mesh the mixer .. error message is "check the skewness of the face mesh , large meshing in small gaps " but i have try meshing the edge there after the face .. but still it doesn't work
