I originally created geometry in Gambit (5000 meshes) and exported into Fluent. Is there any way I can doule the number of meshes (10000 meshes) in Fluent without working on Gambit?

yes, in the pulldown menu of FLUENT, you will see ADAPT option

Meddle it with some time, you should be able to work it out on your own

This prevents you from going back to GAMBIT for such cases
