The UDF manual that comes with version 6 or above has examples of both source code and procedure to complie it.

Re: Compiled UDF

Thank Andrew Garrad

When I try the compiled my source file it shows the following message in the screen:

1 file(s) copied. The system cannot find the file specified. (system "move user_nt.udf libudf\ntx86\2ddp") 1 file(s) moved. 0 (system "copy \Humaita\Fluent.Inc\fluent6.1.22\src\makefile_nt.u df libudf\ntx86\2ddp\makefile") 1 file(s) copied. 0 (chdir "libudf")() (chdir "ntx86\2ddp")()

Done Could you please send an example of how to compile an source file and an explanation for the type of problem that may be causing the above message?

Re: Compiled UDF

I am afraid that I have not seen that message befor, but I am not running a Windows Machine - I am using Linux. The info is at:

http://www.fluentusers.com/fluent61/...df/node130.htm

Or if you haven't got a Fluent User account yet, try chapter 7.3 in the manual.
