Default linear and areal pollutant source

Hello, I'm trying to build a linear and areal source in Gambit to simulate CO pollutant dispersion in Fluent. I set the air-CO mixture in Fluent, then I set a air mass fraction of 1 at the inlet and a CO mass fraction of 1 at the pollutant inlet(that is a mass flow inlet). All the other conditions are standard. But the concentration output (Fluent gives for example the molar concentration of CO) seems to be very high!! In particular, Fluent gives the number of moles against the volume: what volume does it consider? If the domain volume, is it the molar concentration the concentration of CO in 1 m3 of air? Thanks Riccardo
