rotating reference frame

I have a projectile with canted tail fins. These tail fins cause the projectile to spin at a certain rate (OMEGA) relative to the airspeed.

I'm having trouble setting up the model to get this rotation. Do I set the fluid zone as rotating? Do I have to set the rotation of the fluid to negative OMEGA? If I do rotate the fluid zone, what do I do with the body? Is it better to set the fluid zone as stationary and rotate the body?

I appreciate any help.

Thanks, Jason
