Default help on porosity

I G. S. G. Ravikanth have been using FLUENT 6.0 to solve the flow through an engine room. The engine is fitted with a radiator and a fan blows air onto it. I am having difficulty in modeling the engine radiator. I have tried to simulate it as a porous surface. But i am unable to get a meaningful result. -What are the parameters needed to model a porous surface? -Can the radiator be modeled as a porous surface, or is there any other means of doing that?

I would be very thankful to you, if you can help me in solving this problem.
