Can anyone please tell me how to enter some coordinates representing inletor inflow velocity profile ?

Sade,

You need to use the >Import> Profile option in FLUENT to read a file with velocity profile data. If you want, I can send you a file example.

Then, when it comes to define the velocity at the boundary condition, use the "Components" instead of using a "uniform" velocity. What follows is quite intuitive.
