warning!!!! very urgent in need, require help.

When I import the mesh from Patran (*.neu) to Fluent, it gave me a warning and fail to import the mesh I created. It was not showing any mesh. Please help.

WARNING: cell 29342 of thread 2 has NULL face pointer 5.Error: Build_Grid: grid error.

Clearing partially read grid.

save to mechanical desk top and then export it with step format.
