What kind of Pressure Gradients are acceptable when doing a Gradient Adaption either by the Curvature method or Gradient method? Is there a maximum gradient I should try to stay under? Is there a rule of thumb for what a structured or unstructured mesh can handle for a pressure gradients?

Thanks, Jason
