When i choose bounded surface in surface/plan, I just can create bounded rectangular surface. How can I create a bounded circular surface?

create a volume that has this circular surface you want , split this volume by the rect surfaces u have created, copy the circular surface and delete the volume,

You cannot create circular surfaces. I have addressed this to fluent tech support to create a circular plane tool or a circular plane creation button in the surface/plane menu. Perhaps in a future version.

Try 'iso-surface'.

Before that, define in 'Custom field function calculator' sqrt(x^2 + y^2) (It doesn't have to be x&y, check in which plane you want)
Then using the above defined field as 'surface of constant' in iso-surface
Prescribe the required radius in 'Iso-values'
Then Enter!
Bingo!
