Need help with gambit

Hi,
I am using gambit and I'm new to it. I am trying to model a curved body with openings for flow to exit through it. I have some problem in creating the openings once I have the body geometry modelled. I need to split an arc at specified points so as to get the openings (which I later specify as inlet/outlet in the BC). Though gambit has provisions to split a line, there doesn't seem to be any such for splitting an arc. It does a 'virtual split'. But, this will pose other problems while creating the 'face'. Can anybody help/suggest me how can I overcome this problem and successfully split the arc at 2 pre-specified locations. Any help is appreciated. thanks, ravi. |
